Your confirmed enquiry will be automatically received by our customer service, which will confirm prices, shipping costs and terms of payment.
Some of Klopman store items are sold at a price 20 to 50% below standard price list, depending on fabric and volumes ordered.

Postage and Packing

Shipping will be charged at cost. We aim to dispatch goods within one week from receipt of your order. All goods will be dispatched by professional couriers, by truck or express air service, according to your needs. Transport rates for shipment via truck have a special flat rate of €30. Airfreight rates start from €0.75 per metre to €2.00 per metre according to destination. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the quantity ordered and area of shipment. If you wish to receive your order via truck and a price doesn’t appear for your destination, please proceed with the order and contact our customer service.

Colour picture is representative but indicative, as it depends on setting of your screen. All fabric is within Klopman colour quality standards and shade continuity is guaranteed within each single roll. Klopman will only accept claims for rolls with excessive defects, based on international settings of “4 points system” (download PDF).
