Payment

You can pay by debit/credit card on our secure internet site. We process all payments through our online payment processing partner, which will keep your financial information private, making it one of the safest ways to pay online.

We accept all major credit cards for orders below 500 mts. Please email klopmanstore@klopman.com for information on alternative methods, if your need larger amounts.

Postage and Packing

We aim to dispatch goods within one week from receipt of your order, subject to payment authorisation. All goods will be dispatched by professional couriers via our standard method of delivery, if you haven't received your order, depending on destination, please allow enough time after you have placed your order before notifying us so that we can investigate.

Quality Rules

Fabric sold at "klopmanstore.com" is 1st quality and meets Klopman standards.
Colour picture is representative but indicative, as it depends on setting of your screen. All fabric is within Klopman colour quality standards and shade continuity is guaranteed within each single roll. Klopman will only accept claims for rolls with excessive defects, based on international settings of "4 points system" (download PDF).
